• Pay the agreed-upon service fees in full
• Notify us of any changes to your pet's health or behavior

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

10. Liability Waiver

While OsoRica Pet Sitting Co. takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during our care. Pet owners assume all risks associated with our services. We recommend maintaining pet insurance.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
