It all started in 2025 when our founder, Jennifer Osorio, had a strong desire to provide care for pets in Puerto Morelos. Her love for pets transcends her detailed and loving attention to our pet friends, who become family.
Jennifer envisioned a service that combined the professionalism of a top-tier business with the warmth of a loving neighbor. Thus, OsoRica was born—a place where pets are treated like family members and receive the care they truly deserve.
Today, we are a team of dedicated, trained, and insured pet sitters who share one common goal: to make your pets feel loved, safe, and happy in their own home.
